Trendsetters, we understand, it happens.
You must first receive the item. Contact customer service via gmail or webchat and request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as an attached via email document.
To start a return, and exchange you must first contact us at Trendsetterboutiquebytracy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the p.o.box address for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return transactions could take up to 30 Days. Please let us know the problem in advance so that we could try to rectify the order.

Also all processing time depends on your bank establishment. It usually takes up to 3 business days to process your order prior to receiving a confirmation of tracking. We do not process orders on the weekend.
