Trendsetters, we understand, it happens.
You must first receive the item. Contact customer service via gmail or webchat and request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as an attached via email document. 

To start a return, and exchange you must first contact us at Trendsetterboutiquebytracy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the p.o.box address for return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return transactions could take up to 30 Days. Please let us know the problem in advance so that we could try to rectify the order.

 *YOU MUST ALSO PROVIDE PROOF OF THE TRACKING NUMBER, AND OR COPY OF RECEIPT AFTER SHIPPING THE PACKAGE BACK TO US. FAILURE TO DO SO, COULD DELAY RETURN DUE TO LOGISTIC DELAYS AND UNABLE TO TRACK THE PACKAGE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, You will receive the new item. Standard shipping applies, unless otherwise specified. 

1. Please provide a high-quality photo of the size label if you received a product of the wrong size.

2. Please measure the product and provide high-quality photographic evidence if the size differs from the seller's size guide.

 

Shipping:

Standard Shipping could take 4-7 Business days. depending on the logistics, Up to 21 business days. We encourage all customers to download the tracking app and or visit the order tracking page.

Expedited Shipping could take 1-3 Business days, depending on logistics, up to 10 business days. We encourage all customers to download the tracking app and or visit the order tracking page.

Some items may go out of stock quickly, due to the popularity of the item. And others may have slight logistic delays. No worries, contact us and we will do our best to clarify your order as well as update you on your order  delivery date. TrendsetterbyTracy Boutique doesn't control the logistic estimates. All aspects are considered when an item is considered late, and or the tracking information hasn't updated. Most standard shipping arrives in between 7-21 business days and expedited shipping could arrive in 1-13 business days. Please allow the time allotted prior to requesting an exchange and or refund.

Also all processing time depends on your bank establishment. It usually takes up to 3 business days to process your order prior to receiving a confirmation of tracking. We do not process orders on the weekend.
