Trendsetters, we understand, it happens.
You must first receive the item. Contact customer service via Gmail or webchat and request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, without stains, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the package is opened that's okay, even If you tried on and or the item did not work. Returns are accepted and processed within 30 days. You must pay for the returned shipping. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as an attached via email document. Refunds are usually processed between 7-14 business days and or depending on your bank. We could also give store credit in exchange, depending on the return.
